HR- Recruiter (Work from Home)

We are looking for an HR Recruiter Fresher to manage our full-cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. HR Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads, and conducandidatesound checks.

 Ultimately, you will play an essential part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified Team members.


  • Roles & Responsibilities - 

1. Design and update job descriptions.

2. Source potential candidates from various online channels.

3. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.

4. Screen incoming resumes and application forms.

5. Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person).

6. Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests.

7. Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally.

8. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.

9. Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.

10. Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.

11. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.

12. Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.


Business Development Manager (Work from Location)

We are looking for a resilient, empathic Business Development Manager Fresher to contribute to the growth of our company. Business development executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption. You will also be required to build capacity in staff through regular training and mentorship.

To be successful as a business development manager, you should attend networking events to attract and retain clientele. Ultimately, an outstanding business development executive will keep a close eye on clients' feedback to ensure that our products and services to attract consistently exceed expectations.

1. Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.

Admission Counselor (Work from Home)

We are looking for a resilient, empathic Admissions Counselors Fresher who works collaboratively with the admissions Process to review incoming applications, verify applicant information and materials, and assist in making final approvals assist may require counselors to contact applicants to solve issues with applications, such as missing or inaccurate information, and may require a significant amount of research and extended hours during different parts of the year.

  • Roles & Responsibilities - 

1. Review prospective student applications for college admission.

2. Research and verify the accuracy of application information.

3. Follow up with students to verify application issues, including discrepancies or missing information.

4. Contact applicant references to verify information included on resumes, letters of recommendation, and applications.

5. Create profiles for each applicant and work collaboratively with other counselors to review and make final approvals.

6. Coordinate applicant approval process with various educational departments as needed.

7. Meet with and interview prospective students before final application decisions.

8. Createbeforebeforebeforebeforentain recruitment guidelines and goals to use for future recruitment efforts.


  • Eligibility -  

1. Any Graduate or Post Graduate.

2. BBA or MBA -HR, Marketing Preferable.

3. For Fresher Only (2022 or 2023 Pass out Candidates).

4. 2024 Pass out can apply for Internship Training.

5. Good Communication skills.

6. Presentation Skill.
